2018: Jangwani Secondary School is an all-girls high school located in the city of Dar-es-Salaam in Tanzania. Jangwani is one of the oldest schools in Dar-es-Salaam. It accommodates both boarding students and those commute daily. Jangwani was the location of our inaugural workshop as an organization. We held five workshops including a career panel with local STEAM professionals.
2018 – present: Founded in 1898, Girls’ High School Harare was the first public school for girls in Zimbabwe.
Located in the heart of Harare, GHSH is committed to excellence in education for the girl child. The schools’ motto, “Per Ardua Ad Astra” is translated to mean, “through hard work, we will reach the stars”.
2018: Amagoro Girls’ High School is located in the Teso district in the Western province of Kenya. Amagoro students participated in our Pi day activity where students calculated the mathematical constant.
2019 – present: Olivet Baptist High School is a reputable co-ed secondary school located in Oyo state, Nigeria. Founded in 1945, the school is alma mater to some notable Nigerian alumni. OBHS holds our student attendance record with over 300 students in attendance at our first workshop.
2020- Present: Kimara Kutwa Secondary School located in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania. Some exciting projects have emanated from the partnership with Kimara Kutwa which we look forward to developing.
